Return Policy
Return or refund policy is something you should notify customers of before and after purchase, topics are as follows:
1. Period - the customer can request an exchange/return of the product within 7 days after receiving the product.
2. Requirements - product return, would be exchanged with the similar product, different product, or just refund.
3. Conditions - the purchased product, price tag, packaging, shipment, receipt, etc.
4. People in charge - in terms of packing, shipping, and receiving the product.
5. Period - time needed for exchanging/returning product as customer request.
If the store does not accept a return or refund, please mention that “The product is NOT refundable or exchangeable“
